Incredibly slow downloads

Im on a 50mbps fios connection and the 150mb file is currently about a third of the way done after an hour of downloading. This is my third attempt at downloading it. This should take 10-15 seconds on my connection. My email to their tech support has gone unanswered for over 4 days.

I love the content of this magazine, but this attempt at an app is pathetic. Dont waste your time.
